In this episode, Tom sits down with Dr. John Mark Yeats, who was announced as Corban University's 11th President in March of 2023. In welcoming John Mark to Salem, the two discuss the incredible benefits the Salem community has to offer, the vital role higher education plays in building a strong community, the experience of students at a Christian institution, and what many don't but should know about Corban.
President Yeats also talks about how his upbringing, his experiences studying in Israel and at Oxford University, and the mentors in his life shaped his journey in both his faith and his academic career, which brought him to Salem after serving many years at institutions in the Midwest.
